Dartmouth and Kingswear – Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Weekend Celebrations

The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee working group have been working with Kingswear Parish council to create a spectacular series of events over the four day holiday.

Thursday 2nd – Sunday 5th June 2022

Complementing the national celebrations, our local events aim to honour our community’s long and proud history with HM The Queen. After meeting Prince Philip on her first visit in 1939, the Queen has returned many times over the last 70 years, commenting in 2008 that: “It is here at the Royal Naval College, perhaps more than anywhere else, that I am reminded of how time flies by”

Please see the programme of events below or a programme can be collected from the Dartmouth Town Council offices or the Dartmouth Visitor Centre.
