Dartmouth Town Council are looking for expressions of interest for leasing the RNLI building in Coronation Park.

The property is located on the southern side of Coronation Park and adjacent to a café, tennis courts, park and boatyard areas which are also owned by Dartmouth Town Council.

The lease will be for a minimum of 3 years, negotiable after that.

The rent will be £8,450 per annum.

The property comprises a detached single storey building which was designed and built to house the Dartmouth inshore lifeboat with associated storage, admin facilities and cloakroom. The Building has a roller shutter access door at the northern end with solid floor internally and partitioned internally to form an office/ kitchenette and staffroom area. Outside there is a small concrete forecourt area adjacent to the roller shutter door access and external cold tap.

The total gross internal area (GIA) is 133.8 Sq M or 1440 Sq Ft.

The property is served by mains water, electricity and drainage.

We expect the new tenants to be in the property from November 2025, this could be subject to change.

The deadline for applications is March/April 2025, with a decision being made by Council in May 2025.
