Notice of Councillor Candidates for the Upcoming Election

Dartmouth Town Council has a vacancy available in the Clifton Ward for the position of Town Councillor.

Nominations must be hand-delivered to the Council offices at Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes. The offices are not open to the public at the moment so an appointment will need to be made between 10 am and 4 pm on any weekday (excluding bank holidays) from 30 September to 4 pm on Friday 8 October to check the papers and submit them. Appointments can be made by either phoning 01803 861419, 01803 861129 or by emailing elections@southhams.gov.uk

If two or more candidates are validly nominated then a poll will be held on Thursday 4 November. If one candidate is validly nominated then they will be elected uncontested. If no one is validly nominated then another election will be set up within 35 working days from 4 November 2021.
