18-year-olds don’t take much advice in my experience.
HOW DID YOU END UP IN DARTMOUTH?
My Mum’s best friend Marj moved here in the 1970s. My best friend is Kerry, Marj’s daughter, Kerry and I got married at St Petroc’s in 1990 and moved here in 2008 to bring up our youngest child.
ANY CUTE KIDS OR PAMPERED PETS?
Holly, a 9 year old Border Terrier, recently described as being like a Scotch Egg on legs (she needs to lose weight), who has learned to live with (i.e. be bossed around by) Ebb and Flo, two beautiful black cats.

PROUDEST ACHIEVEMENT?
No one thing but hoping not to have too tough a time at the Pearly Gates.

Too many to choose from, usually involving temporary loss of balance for one reason or another.
