New business opportunity in Coronation Park

Dartmouth Town Council now have a storage/kiosk to rent on the northern side of Coronation Park.

It is adjacent to the boat/dinghy park and backing onto Coombe Road, from which it is directly visible to traffic approaching or queuing for the Higher Ferry crossing to Kingswear. Coronation Park with its tennis courts and children’s play park are located to the south of the building.

The eastern half of the building is in the form of a storage/kiosk area with pedestrian access to the interior from the east elevation. There is an optional hatch which can be located in the south elevation facing the boat park, in front of which has a fixed canopy created by the roof structure. (preparation has been pre planned, however the costs for this will need to be met by the successful applicant)

The unit has 240v electrical power supply and a sink unit.

The proposed kiosk has yet to be assessed for Uniform Business Rate Purposes.

Dartmouth Town Council will offer a short-term lease of 3 years outside the protection of the Landlord and Tenant Act with the occupier responsible for internal repairs and decoration and insurance. The Town Council will retain responsibility for the structure of the building, the occupier will bear all the usual outgoings.

£3,000 per annum (Three Thousand, Pounds)
